When I first came into this class I really thought I knew a lot about taking photo's, but really I didn't. I have learned that there is many ways to take a picture and many things you have to look for when taking a picture. I learned how to use a scanner and learned how to use other types of digital camera's other than mine. I learned how to take a picture, on paper, and put it on the computer so I can use them in projects. The following pictures are examples I've scanned or taken with a digital camera.

This picture was taken with my Digital Camera. The technique I used was close up and vantage point. Making the picture close up helps focus on the people and using the vantage point helps to give it more demention.

  Me around Christmas Time

This picture, of my family, was scanned and then cropped. When I scanned to picture, I then had a chance to crop it how ever I wanted and I cropped it down to just my head and shoulders.

  Two Brown Horses in a field

This picture was acquired from the Internet. This is a picture of two horses in a field next to a corn field. I love horses and that is why I have a picture of two horses in a field on this page. When acquiring a picture from the internet, you need to make sure the picture is copyright free. There are web sites that let you get pictures form their web sites. For example: Microsoft Clipart

  Business Card

This graphic is one of many that I made in Macromedia Fireworks. To create the logo all I did was took 3 different ovals, made them green, pink and white. I then overlapped then putting the green, then pink then the white in the middle of them both. The text (Angela Fischer) has a pink shadow on it and also the line.
